Our remote support service requires your computer to be equipped as follows:
1. Windows 98 or newer operating system
2. A properly working broadband connection to the Internet (cable or DSL)
3. Our custom remote control software installed on your computer
When the remote session is over, the remote control program will be completely uninstalled and give you a confirmation message that your PC is no longer controllable by remote control until you initiate another support session.
